Farm Olešná is located in South Bohemia and has an area of less than 3 hectares, of which 1 ha covers 17 modern plastic greenhouses where thermophilic vegetables such as peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, currants, salads and many more types of vegetables and herbs are grown. Special varieties include steak, yellow and black tomatoes, tomato, violet and chilli peppers. Part of the area, which is surrounded by forests, is a clean pond from which are greenhouses irrigated with drip irrigation.
Farm Skřeněř is located in the Hradec Králové region, near Nový Bydžov. The farm has an area of about 42 hectares, of which 14 hectares for an apple orchard. The remaining part covers field vegetables – carrots, parsley, potatoes, red and white cabbage, garlic, peas, cabbage pumpkins and beans. A large area is also devoted to the development of green zones that protect the farm from conventional farming. For this purpose, 4 hectares of land were earmarked. The history of the farm dates back to the Baroque period, because it was originally a noble farmhouse and mill.
